Terms and Conditions of Participation

SUPERMODERN 2009 PROMOTION PROGRAMME

FOR THE MOST TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED PRODUCTS

 

1.  In order to take part in the SUPERMODERN 2009 Programme you have to enter products of the greatest

     usefulness to the police and national security services, which feature novel technical solutions and unique

     operational qualities. Exhibits entered for the Programme will be displayed at a special exhibition

     organised as part of EUROPOLTECH 2009. The exhibits can take the following form: the original product, a

     dummy display item, a computer presentation, or a mock-up (for large-sized products).

 

2.  Please submit your application by 27 March 2009 together with:

    · the Application Form

    · information about the product, to be published in EUROPOLTECH Catalogue

      the description of the products entered for the Programme will be published in the SUPERMODERN 2009

      section of the Exhibitor Catalogue. The text of the description in Polish and English should include the

      Exhibitor’s name, the product name, the product’s purpose and operational features.  Length of the texts –

      up to 80 words in the Polish and English version,

    · text to be placed on the exhibit information plate

      the text for the exhibit information plate should be prepared

      in both Polish and English, and include a brief description to present the product’s technical and operational

      features, as well as the number of the Exhibitor’s stand, where details of the product are available. Please

      find attached a specimen to help you prepare the text for the plate.

3.  The SUPERMODERN participation fee is € 35 + 22% VAT.

4.  The exhibits shall be delivered to the EUROPOLTECH Reception Desk on 21 April 2009 between 14:00 and

     20:00. The exhibits can be collected back on 24 April 2009 – after 16:00. The Organiser shall provide exhibit

     security for the duration of the exhibition.

     Products of the greatest usefulness to the police and national security services, which meet the requirements

     specified in Clause 1 hereof, shall be selected by the EUROPOLTECH Programme Council, which includes the

     deputy chief commanders of the police and national security services. The Programme’s winners will receive

     SUPERMODERN statuettes. The award ceremony will take place at EUROPOLTECH 2009.
