Accreditation

1. If you are interested in visiting Europoltech 2009, please fill in the online form – an accreditation

application – below. Application deadline: 10 April 2009.

2. Please address accreditation correspondence to:

Persons who fill in the application form are requested to e-mail to the above address a copy of a letter of

credentials to confirm that they represent companies, organisations, associations and/or schools of higher

education related to security issues. Please provide your details for an invoice in the e-mail. The original

letter of credentials should be submitted at the reception desk of the Europoltech Organisation Office while

completing the accreditation and collecting the electronic access card.

3. The accreditation fee in PLN, i.e. the equivalent of EUR 10, shall be calculated on the basis of the EUR

exchange mid-rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the day the payment is made, and should

be paid to the following account:

VAT invoices shall be raised against the amount paid.

Please note that the final payment deadline is 17 April 2009.

4. The acknowledgement of application receipt shall be issued upon the verification of the submitted details

and the receipt of the payment at the account indicated above. An accreditation applicant shall receive the

acknowledgement at the e-mail address provided in the accreditation form, while the invitation shall be

sent by post. The organisers reserve the right to refuse accreditation.

5. Entry into the Europoltech venue requires an electronic access card, to be collected at the reception desk

of the Europoltech Organisation Office.

6. The accreditation fee shall not apply to officers of police services, national security services, experts and

officers of Armed Forces.
