INDIVIDUAL STAND SECURITY SERVICES Specification: 1 hour Security agent services (1 hour day or night) ............. EUR 0.45 + 22% VAT EXTRA CAR PARK PASSES Specification: 1 car park pass Valid for parking on the exhibition days, 22-24 April 2009, and on 21 April 2009 EUR 15 + 22% VAT EXTRA EXHIBITOR PASSES AND INVITATIONS Specification: 1 pass/ 1 invitation Extra Exhibitor Passes.......... EUR 5 + 22% VAT Extra single-entry personal Visitor Invitations ...... EUR 2 + 22% VAT Each Exhibitor shall receive 3 Exhibitor Passes, free of charge, per stand of up to 20 m2 and one extra Exhibitor Pass per each extra 10 m2 of floorspace. Each exhibitor shall receive, free of charge, single-entry personal Civilian Expert Invitations: 1 invitation per 1 m2 of stand floorspace ordered. Invitations for officers of police services and national security services, as well as for the officer corps and military experts are issued free of charge, with no limit on quantity. ICT (telephone, fax, internet) SERVICES INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES S.A., registered in Poland, Warsaw, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14, is the exclusive provider of ICT services at the Expo XXI Warsaw International Expocentre. Exhibitors who wish to install a telephone, fax or internet access point at their stands should place orders directly with IT SA.

Prądzyńskiego 12/14 – is the exclusive provider of transport and forwarding services (unloading, loading, packaging storage, customs clearance) at the exhibition venue. Orders for transport and forwarding services should be placed directly with the Forwarder.
