Booths
The Gdańsk International Fair Co. (MTG SA) provides the following services: booth construction and furnishing in the STANDARD and STANDARD PLUS option, as well as the custom design and construction of booths. Exhibitors who have ordered Standard or Standard Plus booths up to 16 m2 should specify the type of configuration by using the sketch catalogue available on the STANDARD Booths or STANDARD PLUS Booths subpages and providing the type of selected variant in the order form.
Exhibitors who have ordered a booth of more than 16 m2 are requested to draw their suggestions as to the booth’s shape and furnishing on the order form printout. The sketches will enable our designers to create a booth design to suit your needs. Please use Form 5 for extra booth equipment orders. When selecting the furnishings you require, please use our illustrated Price List. The basic equipment for each STANDARD and STANDARD PLUS booth includes: walls, carpet, 1m x 1m storage room with curtain, one spotlight per each 3 m2, one double electric socket (excluding the cost of connection and use of electric power) and a fascia board with company name. Moreover, each 9 m2 booth is equipped with a reception counter, a table and two chairs; plus a shelf, a clothes rack and a litter bin in the storage room. If you purchase a STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS booth of more than 9 m2, you can select extra booth equipment worth up to EUR 20 for every extra 3 m2 of floor space ordered. If you choose not to select extra equipment, you will not be entitled to a discount or exchange for other exhibition services. Exhibitors have an unlimited right to enhance their booths with furnishings provided in the Extra Equipment Price List, at the prices listed therein.
STANDARD and STANDARD PLUS booth construction, as well as the design and construction of custom booths at EUROPOLTECH is performed by ExpoStyl, the General Shell Scheme Contractor, based in Warsaw. In assistance to EUROPOLTECH Exhibitors, ExpoStyl provides consultation free of charge on the configuration and furnishing of STANDARD and STANDARD PLUS booths, on the design of custom booths, and ensures the co-ordination of all booth-related work.
