Special Promotion Programme for the Most Technologically Advanced Products SUPERMODERN 2007

 

Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. The entry of a product which displays novel technical solutions and unique

     operational features is a prerequisite for the Exhibitor’s acceptance in the

     Supermodern 2007 Programme. We accept the following for display at the

     Supermodern 2007 stand: the original product, a dummy display item, a computer

     presentation, or a mock-up (for large products).

2. Application deadline: 23 March 2007.

3. When sending the Application Form, please also email the following to

     europoltech@mtgsa.com.pl :  a) text for the exhibit information plate, b) text of

    the EUROPOLTECH 2007 Exhibitor Catalogue entry in the Supermodern 2007

    section, c) text for the information leaflet about the exhibits displayed at the

    Supermodern 2007 stand. These texts are to be in WORD format, while all the

    graphics in PDF, JPG format.

    a) Exhibits presented in the Supermodern 2007 Programme must be equipped

    with information plates: a brief description in Polish and English to present their

    key technical and operational features, and the Exhibitor’s stand number, where

    those interested can find out details of the equipment or designs presented.

    Exhibit information plates will be prepared by the EUROPOLTECH Organiser, by

    printing out the texts provided by the Exhibitor in electronic format beforehand.

    The contents of the plate provided by the Exhibitor must be written and formatted

    in the most comprehensible way possible and follow: A-5 plate format, portrait

    orientation, upper half – the Polish text, lower half – the English text; fonts: black,

    size 14, Arial; mounting: placed next to the exhibit or attached to it.

    b) Exhibits covered by the Programme will be presented in the Supermodern 2007

    section of the Exhibitor Catalogue. The entry should include the Exhibitor’s name,

     product name, its purpose and operational features. The texts should not exceed

     80 words either in the Polish or the English version. Texts must be prepared in

     DOC, TXT or RTF format, while graphics in JPG, PDF format.

    c) Exhibits covered by the Supermodern 2007 Programme will be presented in a

    leaflet – an exhibition guide for trade visitors. The text to be placed in the leaflet

    should include the product name, the Exhibitor’s name, the product’s purpose and

    operational features. It should not exceed 30 words in DOC format.

4. The products and designs entered for the Programme will be presented at Stand

    No. 1 in the exhibition area’s prime location.

5. The registration fee is € 30  +  22% VAT.
