Stand surcharge (concerns indoor space):          

 - corner stand: (minimum 12 m²)                        + 25%

 - end stand:     (minimum 24 m²)                        + 25%

 - island stand:  (minimum 32 m²)                        + 25%

 

 

Available discounts:  

 - stand area from 40 m² to 64 m²                       -  8%

 - stand area from 65 m² to 98 m²                       - 10%

 - stand area over 99 m²                                      - 15%

 

 

Registration fee                 

Exhibitor’s mandatory registration fee.... .........................€ 300,00

Co-exhibitor’s mandatory registration fee .......................€ 250,00

The registration fee for Exhibitors, which is the equivalent of EUR 300 + 22% VAT, and the equivalent of EUR 250 + 22%VAT for Co-exhibitors, covers the cost of: advertising and promotion of the event in the media, the participation of the company’s representative in an event which accompanies the Fair - Exhibitors’ Meeting, the publication of the EUROPOLTECH Exhibition Catalogue,

exhibitor / service passes and the car park pass.

 

Minimum stand area: 9 m²

Standard furnishing of 9 m² stand:

-   white external stand walls, reception, one table, three chairs, 1m x 1m storage

    room with curtain, coat rack, shelf, navy blue floor carpeting on stand, four

    spotlights (150 W halogen lights), one double 230 V electric socket in the storage

    room, (the fee for a stand does not cover power connection and consumption)

-   fascia board, white letters against a navy blue background (max 20 characters,

    without logo)

-   general decoration of the exhibition facilities and outdoor area

-   cleaning of the gangways and corridors

-   security and fire protection (during the Fair and on the day before and after

    the Fair)
