Surcharge for stand location (re: area in the Hall):

• corner stand:       (minimum 12 m²)                 + 25%
• front stand:         (minimum 24 m²)                  + 25%
• peninsula stand: (minimum 32 m²)                  + 25%

 

 

Discounts:

• stand with area: from 40 m² to 64 m²                   - 8%
• stand with area: from 65 m² to 98 m²                   -10%
• stand with area: over 99 m²                                      -15%

 

 

Registration Fee:

• Mandatory registration fee for Exhibitors.......................€ 330.00
• Mandatory registration fee for Co-exhibitors.................€ 280.00

 

The Registration Fee for the Exhibitors, which is the equivalent of € 330.00 + 22% VAT and the equivalent of           € 280.00 + 22% VAT for Co-exhibitors, covers the cost of: advertising and promotion of the event in the media, the participation of a company representative in the Fair’s accompanying events – The Exhibitors’ Meeting (room rental, entertainment, catering), symposiums and presentations (room rental, speakers’ fees, catering), publication of the EUROPOLTECH Fair Catalogue, printing of passes and parking cards.

 

Minimum stand space is 9m².
