Entry into the Venue

Entry into the Europoltech exhibition venue is possible only for Visitors who have an invitation and an electronic access card.

Officers of the Polish Police, Border Guard (SG), State Fire Service (PSP), Government Protection Bureau (BOR), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), Military Intelligence Service (SWW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Customs Service (SC), Central Board of Prison Service (SW), as well as officers and experts of the  Special Operations Command (WS) and Military Gendarmerie (ŻW) shall receive invitations and electronic access cards in their parent units.

Visitors invited personally by the Organisers and Exhibitors shall receive electronic access cards at the reception desk of the Europoltech Organisation Office upon the presentation of an ID with a photograph.

Electronic access cards can be applied for by independent experts, members of associations, public administration officers, the staff of organisations, companies, schools and colleges related to security issues. All those who are interested are kindly requested to submit online their request for an invitation, including an electronic access card, to begin the accreditation procedure.

All the visitors are kindly asked to leave their personal weapons outside of the exhibition venue. Please do not bring any briefcases, suitcases, parcels, etc.

The purpose of these regulations is to ensure a high level of security. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
